Manab Kallayan Sangstha (MKS) is led by Monisha Mafruha Mony, an experienced in urban health expert, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) specialist who serves as the Executive Director of the organization. With over 15 years of professional experience, she provides strong leadership in public health, gender equality, and inclusive development.

MKS operates through a well-defined governance and management structure consisting of three tiers: the General Committee, the Executive Committee, and the Advisory Committee. The General Committee serves as the highest decision-making body, setting strategic direction and ensuring accountability. The Executive Committee oversees the overall management and implementation of programs, while the Advisory Committee provides technical guidance and strategic insights to strengthen organizational performance .

Under the leadership of Monisha Mafruha Mony, MKS is supported by a dedicated executive and technical team. Field-level activities are supervised by experienced program professionals, ensuring effective implementation, strong monitoring, and deep community engagement.

The organization’s strength lies in its committed workforce, including field facilitators and community-based staff, many of whom are recruited from within the communities they serve. This approach fosters trust, ownership, and sustainability, enabling MKS to deliver impactful and locally relevant solutions.

Through strong leadership and a participatory structure, MKS connects frontline workers with vulnerable populations—particularly women, adolescents, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities. This ensures inclusive participation and equitable access to services.

By maintaining a balance between strategic governance, professional management, and grassroots engagement, MKS continues to uphold its commitment to quality, accountability, and long-term social transformation.
